we provide surveying, conveyancing and repossession services to
other organisations involved in the home moving process, including
property developers and major high street lenders.We also offer a
comprehensive range of supporting activities to other estate
agencies, who can benefit from the investments we have made in
process management, marketing and technology.

We are actively and vocally committed to supporting government
initiatives to improve the home moving process including the
implementation of Home Information Packs and the regulation of
mortgages by the FSA for which we already have a strong
compliance team in place.

And we are not standing still. Our lettings and property management
division is thriving, and we are expanding into mortgage packaging,
third party re-mortgage services and estate agency franchising.
