Established in 2001, the Legal Services division speeds up the home moving process by providing a quality
conveyancing service to Spicerhaart’s estate agency customers, either locally based or via a call centre.
We have a panel of 60 high quality solicitors that have completed a formal tender process and are contracted to provide conveyancing to agreed stringent service standards.
Advice is provided in plain English, regular contact is maintained and a no sale no fee proposition makes the overall package very attractive for customers.

| Considerable investment is being made in information technology to deliver a complete service online which will maintain our competitiveness through enhanced service levels and reduced transaction times. |

| One of our most important innovations is our adoption of a fully integrated E-Conveyancing model to support Home Information Packs which will speed up the home moving process and ultimately reduce costs. |

| We also offer a technology-based conveyancing service to third parties including high street lenders, other estate agents and independent financial advisers who require a conveyancing fulfilment capability. This is provided for mortgages and re-mortgages. |

| It is our intention to become a market leader in the provision of such services. To achieve this we are investing in leading edge IT systems for the front office sales process and the back office processing through call centres, including an offshore facility. |
