As soon as we have input details of a new property for sale or rent into our computer system, the information
is loaded up to the web and forwarded to our printing partners, for full colour printing of the details – and returned the next day.
We produce more than £6 million

property particulars and 4 million marketing leaflets this way every year, as well as 750,000 copies of our own glossy ‘Living Room’ magazine.
As well as being able to order online, each of the branches can personalise their particulars and other marketing material via their own bespoke branch software. We also use technology to automatically send property details to local newspapers for advertising.
We invest over £4 million each year on local and national newspaper advertising.
