The scheme will guide you through every step of the Residential Lettings business and equip you with the ability and expertise you will require to become part of our management team.

During the programme you will receive structured classroom training, one to one coaching on specific competencies, mentoring with a senior manager and regular appraisal and feedback sessions. You will also keep a regular development journal (either daily, weekly, or monthly depending on the Level and competencies you are covering). This will be used as a tool to monitor your progress through the scheme and will form the basis of your monthly appraisal meetings.

The two year scheme will be broken down into six Levels taking you through from induction to management. At the conclusion of each Level you will be tested and interviewed prior to moving onto the next stage.

Each graduate will be placed in one of our flagship letting branches, working at the cutting edge of our business.
