    Lettings Administrator
    Listed below are the objectives and qualifications required for the selected job vacancy:
     
    Purpose
    To assist in the running of the lettings branch in conjunction with the Lettings Branch Manager. Ensuring adherence to company policy and procedures at all times and ensuring that the office systems are run smoothy.
     
    Key Objectives
  • Ensure all correspondence received at the branch is dealt with in a prompt and professional manner
     
  • Dealing with inputs onto the lettings website and dealing with web enquiries
     
  • Ensure all properties are displayed, marked and updated as necessary
     
  • Dealing with money transactions and bankings in line with company policy
     
  • To help maintain an adequate applicant register within the branch
     
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
