| To input purchase and sales ledger invoice details into excel | | | | To validate and post batches of invoices in Access Accounts | | | | To post bankings and allocate payments | | | | To request and update client bank details | | | | To assist with monthly cheque runs | | | | To provide assistance with end of month reconciliation and reports | | | | To help with credit control, reconciliation of PL statements | | | | To liaise with divisional staff and clients to resolve problems | | | | Filing and general office duties | | |
